NGSI now offers factories the Round Table Consulting, an innovative approach to conduct both Social Compliance and the Continuous (Productivity & Effciency) Improvement. Different from the traditional one-to-one consulting model, Round Table Consulting aims at creating a platform on which a certain number of factories in a similar industry can leam and share experience with each other, maximizing their learning curve, and minimizing the consulting fees.

NGSI provides consulting to a group of factories which has a pre-set list of topics. Every month, the group of factories will gather at one of the factories for a group training / consulting session - in which not only will the consultant provide group training & case study information, but the topic, each month the group training rotates from once factory location to a different round table consulting factory location, Additionally, each factory will receive ont-to-one consulting at their own factory each month.

A Round Table Consulting program usually lasts 6-8 months depending on the variety of topics chosen by the factories.
