Human Resources (HR) plays an important role in a factory and is essential to the success of any company. NGSI spends much of its consulting time working with the HR department, as well as with senior managers reviewing documentation which are collected by the HR department. Therefore, a good HR management system is essential, Good HR policies, procedures and systems include.

1. Attendance Management System: assists in overtime monitoring & procedure management, helps monitor & prevent inaccurate staff working hours, excess labor costs, improved productivity, etc.

2. Relevant training to the factory in a timely manner and in accordance with the actual employee attendance and work habits, which will help the factory improve the personnel management system, reduce or prevent disputes among factory personnel (i.e. wage related)

3. Establishing an appropriate wage system, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting system, to complete all HR regulations and documentations which comply with China Law.

4. Improve labor contract management - which will help all factory staff from top managers to workers in understanding how to handle labor relations in factory, as well as maximizing the factory's rights, while ensuring social compliance.
