Shelly Kunkle is NarrowGate’s Guangzhou-based Operations Director with responsibility for operations, staff development, recruitment and business development. Joining the company in 2007, Shelly has a strong academic and practical background in industrial engineering. She graduated with highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, USA with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.

Prior to joining NarrowGate, Shelly worked as a plant industrial engineer and business development specialist for Michelin North America. At Michelin, she performed multiple cost reduction studies and led training development projects to enhance Michelin’s go-to-market performance. Shelly’s background in project management, analytical problem solving and communication at all levels in the organization lends valuable experience to her role as Operations Director at NarrowGate.
