Lande is a Senior Compliance Specialist with more than 12 years relevant experience in manufacturing and consulting. He is also Executive in Charge of Staff Training and Development. As part of the NarrowGate team since 2004, Lande has worked with more than 30 factories to carry out baseline evaluations of social compliance systems, develop sustainable work improvement plans and implement training programs. His strong interpersonal skills and persuasive training methods have earned Lande the trust of clients and equipped their staff to affect productive change in systems and management. Lande has cooperated with many famous global brands in the course of his factory consulting.

Prior to joining NarrowGate, Lande gained valuable experience in social compliance, ISO, safety and productivity management through positions with Guangzhou-based Jetta Group and Ever Island (Dongguan). During seven years with Jetta, Lande set up the company’s entire social compliance program for the Group’s 40,000 workers.

He graduated from Guangxi Teachers University in 1995, and through continuing professional development has been accredited for work as a safety officer, security manager, ISO internal auditor, OHSAS, OHSMS and OHASA 18001.
