Judy Zhu joined NGSI in Feb 2003 and is the Manager of Business Development. She is responsible for enhancing our service offering as well as developing new services that will meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

She is also recognized as one of the company’s most trusted and accomplished Senior Compliance Specialists. Judy offers more than 8 years’ experience in factory labor compliance, compliance program development and implementation, evaluation and monitoring, improvement strategies for productivity enhancement, and training for all levels at the factory, including senior management. She has successfully tailored, implemented and sustained the compliance programs for many famous global brands.

Prior to joining NarrowGate, Judy ensured fair labor practices within the knitting division at Esquel Group in Jiangsu, a leading producer of premium cotton shirts for Next, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Levi’s Burberry, Hugo Boss and other distinguished brands. Earlier experience included her work as assistant to the general managers of Shanghai Huaxin Co., Ltd. and to Beijing Dyne Group.

Judy obtained her law degree from Southeast University in Nanjing and majored in business administration at Beijing Institute of Technology. In addition to her formal education, Judy holds certificates in CSR Asia -- Good Labor Practices and in ISO 9001 – 2000.
